CRF Equipments Company, is a registered small scale unit having its manufacturing unit at Hyderabad Established in 2007, it is well equipped with sufficient floor area of 10000 Sq. Company offers customized solutions for fume extraction in the form of tower scrubbers, complete with FRP ducts and dedicated PP/FRP blowers. All the components of the plants are made from corrosion-resistant Thermoplastic material. The system uses PP/FRP and FRP Scrubbers to exhaust the air, preventing release of aggressive and harmful vapors into the environment. This process is designed to extract smoke, fumes and gases directly from source, before the contamination spreads in the premises.

1. Wet Scrubbing system/ fume absorption system/ Fume Extraction System.

Scrubber collects particulates and absorbs vapours, gases and fumes High collection efficiencies upto 95% with low consumption of water/media and minimum pressure drop.

Scrubber can be designed as per the actual requirements by gas flow rate, temperature pressure, gas composition, humidity, contaminant loading and desired outlet conditions and absorption media in the scrubber.

Scrubber can be designed in various stages with different packing in column for the more efficiency or absorption depending on the fumes, gases generating from the source.

We provides customized solutions for fume extraction in the form of wet packed scrubbers, complete with PP/FRP, PVC/FRP and FRP ducts and dedicated FRP blowers. All the components of the plants are made from PP/FRP Blowers. 2. Centrifugal blower.

We had designed the centrifugal blower upto 300 CFM to 80000 CFM with various static pressure in pulley drive, Coupling drive and direct drive depending on the client requirements. It is completely fabricated in house with FRP moulded Impellor, PP/FRP, PVC/FRP or FRP casing. MS base frames and etc.

3. Reactor/mixing/ Quencher Tanks.

Our ranges of Reaction Vessels/ Mixing tank are made using latest technology in PP/FRP PVC/FRP, and FRP are used in various industrial applications. Sturdy resistant to temperature, corrosive and maintenance free are some features that make our range of vessels are preferred and choice of the customers. We provide complete reaction vessel assembly which includes a mild steel structure reinforcements that is required to hold the vessel, PP/PVC and FRP lined agitator and gear box assembly. These vessels are completely leak proof and offer a long lasting and reliable performance. We had supplied upto 20 KL capacity.

4. Storage Tanks.

We designed and fabricated storage tank upto 200 KL capacity. These vessels are fabricated in PP/FRP, PVC/FRP,HDPE/FRP and FRP with various grade of resin according to the customer usage and hot air rod welding standard.

5. Vacuum receiver/Traps with/with out umbrella.

We also provide custom designed vacuum receiver/traps and piping systems for various applications, from full vacuum and pressure from ambient to 90°C design temperatures.
